Resolution authorizing $230,000 from reserves to fund reopening Lions Pool and repairing Franklin Pool to make it operational (General Fund Reserves)

Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from unappropriated fund balances in various funds for expenditures during 2026, including 2025 encumbrances (First Reading)
